Terms governing access to the Testlaa NEET experience, waitlist, student portal, and related services.
Last updated: 2026-07-09
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Testlaa NEET waitlist, landing pages, student portal, mock tests, AI-powered study plans, weak-skill analysis, and related services made available at or through testlaa.com/neet.
By joining the waitlist, creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Testlaa NEET experience, you agree to these Terms and the NEET Privacy Policy and Amazon Voucher Policy where applicable.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Testlaa NEET experience.
2. Eligibility and account use
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
If you are under the age required to independently consent under applicable law, you should use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required.
- Use a valid email address that you can access.
- Do not share credentials or attempt to access another student account.
- Do not misuse the platform, interfere with scheduled mocks, or try to manipulate rankings or rewards.
3. Service description
Testlaa NEET is a preparation-support platform intended to help students practise, review, and plan their work through mock exams, performance analysis, weak-skill visibility, and AI-assisted study plans.
The platform is a supplemental preparation tool and does not replace school teaching, coaching, textbooks, NCERT study, or professional academic advice.
Features may change over time, and some parts of the experience may be offered as beta or early-access features.
4. External study resources
As part of weak-skill review and AI-powered study plans, we may include links to publicly available study resources from third-party providers such as Khan Academy, BYJU’S, and Vedantu to help students practise or revise specific concepts.
These third-party resources are referenced for convenience and learning support only. Testlaa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We do not control the availability, accuracy, or future changes to third-party content. When you leave Testlaa to visit an external resource, that third party’s own terms, privacy practices, and site policies apply.
5. Fair use and conduct
You must use the platform fairly and lawfully. We may suspend or restrict access for misuse, cheating, abuse, scraping, automated attacks, impersonation, or any conduct that harms students, mentors, or the integrity of the platform.
- Do not copy or redistribute platform-only mock content without permission.
- Do not use bots or scripts to submit forms, access accounts, or gain unfair ranking advantages.
- Do not upload, post, or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
6. Rewards and voucher programmes
From time to time, Testlaa NEET may run reward programmes for top performers, including Amazon gift vouchers. Participation in such programmes is subject to the separate Amazon Voucher Policy posted for the NEET experience.
Reward campaigns may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time, especially during beta periods, anti-abuse review, operational issues, or changes in programme eligibility.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Testlaa NEET experience is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, rank improvements, exam outcomes, admissions, or scholarship results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testlaa and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, external resource links, or reward programme changes.
